About The Event

New California State movement is forming the 51st State of the Union. New California State is forming from the State of California following the procedures memorialized from Article IV Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution. There are 4 attempts right now to divide the State of California. You will learn that the only legal and Constitutional pathway to a new state is being followed by New California State. Not since 1861 when West Virginia became a Union State have the circumstances been present to give rise to a new state. 

Since creating the New California State movement and declaring Independence on January 15, 2018 44 out of the 58 California Counties have been certified by New California State to become active participating county committees in the New California State movement.
