Paul Preston, Founder and President of New California State (NCS) movement and owner and talk show host of Agenda 21 Talk Radio. Paul started the New California State movement recognizing California was rotten from the top down into the core and only by establishing a new state with a new constitution that respects the rights of citizens and protects their safety would we prevent living under the rule of communism.
