Paul Preston is a dynamic, knowledgeable, and persuasive speaker who will cover what is occurring in the State of New California. How the State of New California will take back our Constitutional freedoms, and the prospects of living under a republican form of government (which is guaranteed in the United States Constitution) will be covered. He will outline the constitutional process of instituting the State of New California.
