4th Constitutional Convention for New California State

The 4th New California State Convention will be held May 17-18, 2019 in Fresno, CA. The 4th in a series of Constitutional Conventions designed to create the 51st state of New California will continue the efforts of the last three conventions that saw the formation of a new governmental structure that includes a legislative branch composed of a Senate and Assembly. During the past three conventions the legislative branch passed seven resolutions.

The 4th Convention will include testimony from Angle Parents, Elections Officials, Economists, Immigration and Law enforcement.
