The New California State movement has gained the support of a private individual who has donated a spectacular painting by artist Barry L. Wingard, Ph.D., the only living painter with three original paintings displayed in the White House.
The painting of President and Melania Trump will be up for auction nationally as a fundraiser for the movement. Wingard encourages the President's continued support for the formation of New California State.
The painting will be on display at both the Republican National Convention August 24-27, 2020 in Jacksonville, FL and the New California State Convention September 10-12, 2020 in Fresno, CA.
