Newsome asks for President Trump's Help with Homeless!

California state governor has asked President Donald Trump for help with the state's homeless issue. The recent request for help would come in the form of a $50,000 grant for vouchers for each homeless person. There was no discussion about what would happen when the individual homeless person expended the $50,000 voucher.
