Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

In recent days it has become obvious that enclaves of citizens who do not vote along the mono-party lines in this one-party dictatorship are being singled out by the governor for "special treatment". The governor has released the various agencies that he controls by dictatorial edicts to function as his personal vice squad against normal Americans pursuing their every day lives and livelihoods.

Meanwhile, in areas that consistently vote along the mono-party line are left alone. The message from the governor is clear - submit and obey to the new unconstitutional political order or suffer the consequences.
