Gallagher Challenges Dictator Newsom

California State Assemblyman James Gallagher (District 3) during the vote on the final budget "deal"denounced the dictatorship of California Governor Gavin Newsom. In the assembly floor speech Gallagher denounced the heavy handed punishment being ordered by the governor against individual counties that are not following the governor's "orders".
